For our Client, a prestigious brand in the beauty industry, we are looking for a Polish- and English-speaking candidate for the position of:
Assistant to the Creative Director
Scope of Responsibilities
Comprehensive management of the CEO’s calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, and industry events
Attending meetings, taking notes, preparing follow-ups, and ensuring that agreed actions are carried out
Full management of the CEO’s inbox – filtering, prioritizing, and responding on behalf of the CEO in both Polish and English
Preparing presentations, reports, documents, and contracts
Overseeing ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Collaborating with the team in Poland as well as with international partners
Organizing events, travel, and industry meetings
Researching trends, innovations, and solutions to support business growth
Implementing modern tools, including AI, to streamline work
Initiating new business ideas and creative projects
Independently managing tasks from concept to execution (e.g., opening a boutique, launching a new product, marketing campaign)
Requirements
Location: Austin, Texas
One of the first tasks for this person will be to find an office for the company; initially, the role will be based in a shared office space in Austin
Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
Experience in a similar role, ideally as an Executive Assistant or “right hand” to an owner/CEO
Excellent organizational skills, independence, and initiative
Ability to make quick decisions and think strategically
Outstanding communication skills, with a preference for direct dialogue over lengthy correspondence
Mobility and willingness to travel for business purposes
Familiarity with modern tools, apps, and technology solutions
Flexibility in working hours (working across different time zones – collaboration with the team in Poland)
