Assistant Gym Director

The Assistant Gym Director is a part-time career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. Typically, the Assistant Gym Director reports directly to the owners and Gym Director of a specific The Little Gym location. MUST be able to work mornings, weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities include teaching GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, leading a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience, managing day-to-day operations, hiring, managing, and overseeing the training of staff, maintaining facility and equipment, and selling The Little Gym program to new customers.

Qualifications include a background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics, customer service experience, management experience, excellent time management skills, a great attitude and strong work ethic, and a love to have fun and find joy in making others smile.
