What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers ‍♀️‍♂️ )

✅ Assist the Executive Director in managing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring quality care and compliance ✅ Serve as acting Executive Director in their absence ✅ Conduct daily rounds and support resident, family, and staff satisfaction ✅ Lead QA efforts in collaboration with department managers ✅ Support leadership training, new hire onboarding, and mentorship programs ✅ Oversee assigned departments and corporate program implementation ✅ Coordinate and support education and training initiatives ✅ Collaborate with HR and Finance on census goals, compliance, and budget planning ✅ Monitor safety, compliance, and performance plans with the team ✅ Represent the facility as part of the Leadership Team and community partnerships

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Leadership & Dedication )

✔ Experience & Education: 3+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Senior Housing

2+ years of supervisory experience

High School diploma required ✔ Skills & Strengths: Strong leadership and project planning experience

Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations

Financial acumen to support operational goals

Effective communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and lead by example

Team development and mentorship abilities
