Assistant Director (Coaching + Admin Role) Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland
Pay: $25/hour | Part-Time (up to 25 hrs/wk) Do you love working with kids and want to grow as a leader? Soccer Shots is looking for an energetic Assistant Director to join our team! This role is a mix of on-field coaching and behind- the-scenes admin work —perfect for someone who enjoys variety and making a difference. What You’ll Do
Coach kids ages 2–9 in fun, engaging soccer sessions (curriculum & training provided).
Communicate with parents, schedule classes, and track attendance (admin work is
done from home).
Recruit, train, and support new coaches while helping build a positive team culture.
Grow with us as you take on leadership and program management responsibilities.
Help with social media, sales, and marketing.

What We’re Looking For
Experience working with kids (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, etc.)

Hours: Up to 25 hours per week (includes coaching & admin)
Weekday coaching hours vary (based on program needs) but must be consistent each week
Saturday mornings required during league season
