Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, preferably in a setting with a similar student population and school structure.
Educational leadership experience
Proficiency in technology and software applications, including the latest version of Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
North Carolina Early Childhood Administration Credential (strongly preferred).
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in an educational setting.
Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and revenue generation.

This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in communication, fosters a strong sense of community, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the School Leader to drive academic excellence, staff development, and student success.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the School Leader to meet enrollment goals and performance metrics through strategic planning and student retention initiatives.
Support curriculum implementation and foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and team recognition.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including licensing requirements.
Maintain appropriate classroom staffing levels using creative and cost-effective strategies.
Assist in recruiting and retaining highly qualified staff based on education and experience.
Monitor and support staff performance through goal setting, feedback, evaluations, and professional development plans.
Provide recognition and implement performance improvement strategies when necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the school.
