Overview ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, Questrom Math Finance & Financial Technology at Boston University. The role focuses on program management, operations and student services for Questrom MS in Finance and MS in Mathematical Finance and Technology programs, with responsibilities also supporting other Questrom Specialty Masters degree programs. Responsibilities Manage program operations and student services to support growing enrollment (targeting up to 300 full-time students within the next three years). Coordinate and enhance the student experience, including orientation and community-building events. Collaborate with the Masters and PhD Center team and report to the Finance Masters Program Director; work closely with Masters and PhD program staff. Contribute to administrative responsibilities related to all graduate students and related projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills; highly organized with ability to multitask. One to three years of experience in counseling, student services or higher education administration. Prior event planning experience preferred. Some evening and occasional weekend work required; occasional domestic travel may be required.
