Position Summary: We are seeking an accomplished nurse leader to provide essential support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in overseeing nursing and patient care services within our organization. In this role, you will help assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practices at the unit level while ensuring 24/7 coverage of assigned managerial areas. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high-quality, safe nursing care, ensuring clinical staff competency, and managing resources efficiently. Responsibilities: Bring your active and current registered nurse license and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills to this dynamic position. You will demonstrate proven leadership capabilities and operational knowledge while serving as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession. Qualifications: Education: Required: Academic degree in nursing. Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
