We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Operations in Dallas, TX. This role also supports operations, client communications, marketing efforts, and provides occasional assistance to attorneys and paralegals. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, onboarding new employees and clients, coordinating events, and maintaining office organization. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. Experience in the legal field is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software are essential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Prior HR, Billing, or Administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
