Job Summary

Drive success through operations! As Assistant Director of Operations, you will help lead the venue’s day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and collaborate with teams to implement strategic initiatives. You will champion operational excellence while ensuring alignment with Levy’s standards and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in foodservice, hospitality, or event operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems

  • ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily operational functions across departments

    • Collaborate with department heads to optimize guest experience

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

    • Support the planning and execution of large-scale events

    • Lead, coach, and develop team members

    • Implement Levy’s operational initiatives and best practices
