We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team in providing quality care to residents. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Ensure the upmost quality and patient-centered care of residentsCoordinate infection controlPlan organize and implement training programs/in-services for clinical staff.
