We are currently looking to fill an open Assistant Director of Nursing for our Broward Location. The Assistant Director of Nursing will assist in the planning, development and implementation of programs for the home health care agency. Will assist in the administration, coordination, and evaluation of clinical services of the agency. Will assist in developing and maintaining a professional and harmonious relationship with the medical community and representatives from local, State and Federal Agencies to ensure that the philosophies and objectives of the agency are met. The qualified candidate must exhibit a high degree of initiative and independent judgment in carrying out total agency functions, which impact on the needs of the patients and the agency's goodwill and reputation. Home health experience is a must.
