What You’ll Do: Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure exceptional resident care Lead, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs across all shifts Drive compliance with DOH, CMS, and federal/state regulations Support high-acuity residents (ventilator, dialysis, sub-acute rehab) Participate in QAPI initiatives to improve outcomes and star ratings
What You Bring: Active, unencumbered RN license in New York 3–5+ years in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Leadership experience (Unit Manager, ADON, or similar) Knowledge of DOH/CMS regulations and MDS processes Experience managing high-acuity resident populations
