What You'll Do: Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical and administrative operations
Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs
Assist in planning, organizing, evaluating, and managing nursing services
Maintain compliance with all regulations, facility policies, and organizational standards
What You'll Need:
Current CPR certification required
RN license in the state of Wisconsin is required
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within a senior living setting required
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
