What You’ll Bring:

Kansas RN license recognized in good standing ACHO (Assisted Living Certified Healthcare Organization) certification Infection Prevention certification BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience, ideally in long-term care settings Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with facility management or team supervision Additional certifications in gerontology or healthcare administration Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education & Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with at least 3 years of clinical experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting Proven leadership skills with experience managing or supporting nursing staff
