What You'll Do: Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical and administrative operations
Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs
Assist in planning, organizing, evaluating, and managing nursing services
Maintain compliance with all regulations, facility policies, and organizational standards
What You'll Need:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Current CPR certification required.
RN license in the state of Wisconsin is required.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in nursing required.
2+ years of experience as DON or ADON preferred.
At least one (1) year of experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices required.
