Current CPR certification required. RN license in the state of Wisconsin is required. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in nursing required. 2+ years of experience as DON or ADON preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices required.
