The Mansion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a family-owned 62-bed Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our nursing department.
*Position Summary*
Our facility philosophy is that the DNS and the ADON are a collaborating team together. The ADON assists the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Department. The goal is to assure quality care and resident safety so that each resident maintains the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $89,500- $93,600/year
*Essential Functions*
* Assist the DNS in planning, developing, implementing, evaluating and directing the Nursing department * Assume the functions and responsibilities of DNS during any absence * Share on-call with DNS * Serve as a resource for staff, residents, families, and community partners * Perform nursing duties as needed
*Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements*
* Active unencumbered RN License in the State of RI * DNS, ADON, or other nursing management experience required * CPR certification * Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) * Positive, friendly communication with staff * Value being a team member
