What You'll Do:
* Lead the delivery of high-quality resident care * Manage a team of nurses overseeing caregiving teams and day-to-day support * Supervise and coach nursing staff * Conduct resident assessments and guide care planning * Promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being * Ensure compliance with clinical regulations and best practices * Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams * Respond to urgent needs across assigned facility areas * Foster a professional and positive care environment * Uphold and promote the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest
What You'll Need:
* Must be 21 years or older * Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English * Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing * Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license * 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience required * 5 years of experience in long-term care required * Strong critical thinking, sound independent judgment, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment * A compassionate, resident-centered clinical approach
