What You’ll Do
Support and guide nursing operations & staff performance
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
Drive quality through policies, procedures & care standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs
Lead audits, surveys & quality programs
Champion training, onboarding & ongoing staff development
Enhance patient satisfaction, safety & outcomes
What You Bring
Current RN license (state of practice)
Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field preferred
Proven leadership or management experience
Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines
EMR proficiency and excellent communication skills
