What You'll Do:
As the ADON, you’ll work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining high-quality care standards, mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day clinical operations
Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations for nursing staff
Participate in audits, quality assurance, and improvement initiatives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
Step in as acting DON when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (MA)
At least 2 years of nursing leadership/managerial experience, preferably in long-term care or post-acute setting
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
