The Assistant Director of Nursing assists in the managing and coordinating nursing department staff and processes to ensure residents receive excellent care. Coaches and mentor's staff. Builds trusting relationships with staff, residents and family members that make a difference on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Current RN License in the State of Ohio
Current CPR Certification
Prior nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Strongly Preferred.
Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
