Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Assistant Director of Food Service Operations for Brigham and Women's Hospital located in Boston, MA . This role will provide leadership and operational support across two healthcare accounts, ensuring excellence in food service operations, regulatory compliance, and patient experience. What You'll Do Collaborate with Food Service Director at each site to ensure effective day-to-day operations across two campuses successfully coordinate all required tasks through management team, supervisors and frontline staff Supervise staff with a focus on best practices, operational excellence, and equitable personnel management Help establish and maintain systems, protocols, and quality control measures that support departmental goals and regulatory compliance. deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations and develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management) develop strategic plans ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
