Hours: Mondays - Thursdays: 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturdays: 8:45 am - 1:00 pm
24-25 hrs/week
Salary: $20-$21/hr

For Success, The Assistant Director Must Have: 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
1 - 2 years of management, customer service, sales or education experience preferred.
An enthusiastic, outgoing and team-oriented personality.
Self-motivation and initiative to support our programs, students and center.
A confident and flexible demeanor.
Outstanding organization and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Computer skills -- must be computer literate at a general business level (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are frequently used programs).
The Assistant Director’s typical day includes, but is not limited to: Managing front-end administrative office duties.
Managing the center schedule.
Monitoring daily center activities.
Conducting academic evaluations.
Reviewing student programs and ensuring academic achievement.
Instructing/tutoring students.
Participating in local marketing activities to help grow the Center’s tutoring and test prep business.

We primarily serve students in the St. Augustine, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra and World Golf areas and also offer online tutoring.
