Essential Job Duties Primary duties of the Assistant Director of Creative Media include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage the graphic design production for all needs for the football program including recruiting and social media and internal operations.
Assist in developing and executing strategic content strategies and creative campaigns
Stay ahead on trends within the creative industry
Manage creative assets and content for digital platforms and branding efforts
Collaborate with creatives in photoshoots for the football team and recruiting office during games, practices, team activities, high school visits, and official visit weekends.
Manage photography archival process
Oversee a graphic design internship program (including intern recruitment, retention, and oversight)
Assist with special projects such as the enhancement of environmental properties in the football facility
Collaborate on internal presentations
Attend creative, external, and recruiting meetings Other Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach, General Manager, and Director of Creative Media. Qualifications Minimum Experience/Education High school diploma or equivalency and two years of visual/graphic arts experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Other Required Qualifications Understanding of NCAA rules and regulations
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software Preferred Qualifications Experience in an Athletics department
Knowledge of football recruiting Required License or Certification N/A Valid NC Driver's License required No Commercial Driver's License Required?
