Assistant Director of Case Management & Victim Support Service

This position collaborates closely with the Title IX Coordinator to ensure compliance and comprehensive support for students involved in Title IX cases. The Assistant Director oversees the management of victim support cases, ensuring culturally competent, trauma-informed services. They also serve on the Sexual Misconduct Response Team (SMRT) committee, presenting relevant updates from Case Management & Victim Support Services to campus stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication, an ability to engage with students, organizational, and crisis response skills, along with a thorough understanding of higher education legal frameworks, including Title IX, FERPA, and the Clery Act.

1. Master's degree in social work or related field
2. Previous relevant work experience
1. Two years of previous supervisory experience or experience managing a multi-disciplinary team
2. Two years of experience working with college students or the college aged population
3. Two years of experience working with the parents of college students
4. Two years of experience coordinating with outside agencies to create or sustain productive partnerships
