Job Description:

Initiates, executes, assesses and oversees student engagement, outreach, career advising, career readiness, and professional development efforts for the Center for Experiential Learning & Career Success. Serves as the office's lead expert in career coaching and provides high-level strategic guidance and mentorship to staff. Assists the Director in overseeing the career advising and coaching functions of the office, to include leading the design and implementation of training for professional staff, and providing ongoing professional development to career coaches and campus partners. Serves as the primary liaison to an academic school at Trinity University, collaborating with faculty and engaging students to integrate career development into the academic experience. Provides comprehensive career development and job search services to students and alumni. Participates in the planning, development, and execution of Center for Experiential Learning and Career Success policies.

JOB DUTIES


EDUCATION
Required:

Master's degree or equivalent in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
