Were looking for a passionate and energetic Assistant Director to join our leadership team. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work any shift between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. What Youll Do: Partner with the Center Director to manage daily operations, staffing, and scheduling. Ensure compliance with licensing standards and maintain our Quality Rated environment. Lead and inspire teachers through coaching, training, and classroom support. Build strong relationships with families while promoting health, wellness, and nutrition. Step into classrooms as needed to support ratios and model best practices. Help nurture our nature-based, farm-to-table culture for children and staff. What Were Looking For: Previous childcare leadership or early childhood education experience (assistant director, lead teacher, or similar). Knowledge of state licensing regulations and early learning best practices. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Flexible, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever needed. A passion for children, family partnerships, and nature-based learning.
