Job Purpose
Oversee co-curricular functions of Honors in support of strategic goals, particularly in the areas of civic and community engagement, research, and leadership while fulfilling related National Collegiate Honors Council standards; monitor projects, manage/administer scholarships, facilitate student success-oriented programming, & supervise service related to HPEO and HAS; supervise fellowships, mentoring, housing opportunities.

Essential Functions
Work on IE processes and training; provide high-quality Honors experiences by collaborating with stakeholders across campus; engage in strategic planning activities; present at state and national conferences; recruit, hire, train, manage student employees and Honors ambassadors; oversee VIP visits; oversee program publications and social media; review, award, and supervise scholarship service; oversee Honors Engagement Fellowships; manages scholarship funding; develops budgetary projects for planning & awarding international and out-of-state scholarships; organizes & executes co-curricular events; contributes to senior exit interviews & grad reception; writes alumni and student letters of recommendation; advises the Honors Student Organization; oversees the Big Sib/mentorship program; analyzes trends in retention & success markers; coordinates Honors housing programming in collaboration with Residential Life.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with at least four years of related professional experience or a master’s degree from an accredited institution with at least two years of related professional experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders.

Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferred. Experience as a student and/or employee in an honors higher education setting is preferred.
