The Corruption and Crime Commission (the Commission) is a leading anti-corruption agency whose purpose is to expose and disrupt corruption, serious misconduct and organised crime. The Commission works to give the WA community confidence that public officers act in the public interest. The Operations directorate is responsible for the Commission's investigations. The two business units, Investigations and Operational Support, work together to proactively identify and investigate allegations of serious misconduct, unexplained wealth and criminal benefits. The focus of the Commission's investigations is on systemic and complex matters, many of which require the use of specialist capabilities. THE OPPORTUNITY
The Assistant Director Electronic Collection and Discovery is a newly established position. This role leads and oversees the resources and capabilities necessary to guarantee stewardship of the sensitive and complex information collected by the Commission during investigations. This includes maintaining the capability and business continuity of the IT systems used to store and surface these complex holdings. The Commission requires applicants to be Australian citizens or be immediately eligible for citizenship, and appointment is conditional on satisfactory completion of a rigorous security clearance process.
