We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as an Assistant Center Director.

As an Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:
Assist the Center Director with daily operations, such as managing the front desk.
Provide leadership, training, and support to teaching staff to promote professional growth and ensure high-quality instruction, lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our children and employees.
Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
Help maintain a highly qualified staff by actively training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
Engage prospective families through in-person center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Participate in community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
Apply Now If You:
Have five or more years of childcare center teaching experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
Hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Love working with teachers and curriculum.
Are a people person.
