What Youll Bring:
Strong leadership and organizational skills

Experience in center leadership and team management
Knowledge of state licensing regulations
What Youll Do:
Identify, interview, and hire teacher candidates while building a network of future talent
Coach, train, and support staff to ensure the TLE curriculum is executed with excellence
Maintain proper classroom ratios, manage accident/incident reporting, medication administration, and conduct monthly safety drills
Oversee student records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and TLE preschool standards
Develop and communicate staff schedules, balancing operational needs and budget management

Two or more years of child and daycare experience
At least one year of child and daycare center leadership/management experience
Child Development Associate (CDA) or higher education
