The Learning Experience of Horizon West is seeking a passionate and happy leader to join our family and help create a nurturing, fun, and inspiring environment for our little learners! What Youll Bring:

What Youll Do:
  • Identify, interview, and hire teacher candidates while building a network of future talent
  • Coach, train, and support staff to ensure the TLE curriculum is executed with excellence
  • Maintain proper classroom ratios, manage accident/incident reporting, medication administration, and conduct monthly safety drills
  • Oversee student records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and TLE preschool standards
  • Develop and communicate staff schedules, balancing operational needs and budget management

  • Two or more years of child and daycare experience
  • At least one year of child and daycare center leadership/management experience
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or higher education
