Assistant Director – Behavioral Health (RN)

Schedule: Days + Management Call Benefits Include (but not limited to): Medical, Dental, Vision 401K with Match Tuition Assistance Comprehensive Paid Time Off Requirements: Active RN License Minimum 2 years RN experience with leadership and behavioral health background Preferred: 5 years RN experience, with 2–5 years in leadership Master’s degree in Nursing or related field Role Summary The Assistant Director is responsible for the operational and clinical management of designated psychiatric units on a 24-hour basis. This includes overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical and administrative leadership for nursing and support teams within psychiatric services. Manage hiring, training, and performance of clinical staff. Develop and manage departmental staffing and budgets to meet operational goals. Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, and high-quality patient care. Promote compliance with policies, procedures, and professional standards. Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, outcomes, and team engagement. Support growth and efficiency within existing and new behavioral health programs.
