Solving Autism, LLC is looking to grow our team by adding an Assistant Clinic Director/ Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to our Fort Mill, SC clinic location. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA looking to advance into leadership roles within a Clinician owned and operated company.

This role requires each candidate to:
Hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
Be BCBA certified for at least 2 years
Be able to conduct various formal assessments independently (i.e. VB Mapp, The Vineland, PEAK, etc.)
Have documented experience with the development, implementation and modification of treatment plans and positive behavior support plans
Previous experience with training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s)
Have experience fostering positive connections with caregivers and conducting recurring caregiver education meetings
Have experience using EMR applications (Central Reach, preferred)
Proven availability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
