Coastal Nursing Home - Assistant Food Service Director -  Full Time 40 hours
Primary Responsibilities:
Assists with supervising food preparation and service and maintains standards of operation;
Assists with the maintenance of records: meal selection, menus, diet census, diets served and weekly staffing; and
Assists with providing and supervising high quality food service to patients as well as evaluating departmental goals and objectives to assure compliance with appropriate regulations.
Prerequisites: Minimum of three to five years experience as a cook in a nursing home; and
One to three year supervisory experience in food service in a health care setting.
