The Assistant Culinary Director Should have: New restaurant /kitchen opening experience

Experience over-seeing kitchens for multi-unit & multi concepts

Menu development experience

New menu item training with Kitchen Managers

Experience working with local vendors

Assist on over-seeing all aspects of food service operations for all concepts

Supporting food safety and sanitation

Experience in budget management
