(PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Assistant Community Director to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens. This position supports the Community Director in overseeing daily operations, resident relations, leasing, and property maintenance coordination. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required — we will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities: Oversee overall operation of the property. Manage staff. Rent collection. Processing applications. Customer service. Data entry.
Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry. PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
