Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination! Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field. BCBA preferred; those eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours welcome to apply. 1+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs, along with a proven track record in staff supervision and training. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges. Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families. Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
