Qualifications & Responsibilities: The Art Director leads the creative vision and production of games, managing artists and animators while also contributing hands-on to art and animation. Responsibilities include directing art and animation, ensuring high-quality output, developing concepts with designers, and translating gameplay ideas into visual strategies. Manages team operations, deadlines, feedback, and mentoring while overseeing project timelines, resources, and budgets. Requires 5+ years of experience in the slot or video game industry, proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, and preferred Spine and 3D software knowledge. Must excel in organization, leadership, and communication while collaborating with global teams to bring projects from concept to completion.
