We're looking for an Art Direction Manager to help lead the way our brand comes to life visually-across every screen, space, and story. This role is for a conceptual thinker and a hands-on maker. Someone who can guide ideas, direct shoots, build decks, and collaborate with partners to deliver standout, brand-building creative. As part of T-Studios, you'll work with copywriters, designers, producers, and studio managers to develop and execute integrated creative that drives connection, consistency, and brand clarity. You'll lead art direction across everything from campaigns and sizzles to experiential, retail, and digital channels-always bringing energy, craft, and collaboration. This is a role for someone who moves fast, thinks big, and thrives in the details. You check your ego at the door, jump in wherever needed, and care just as much about execution as you do about concept. Key Responsibilities: Lead art direction across a wide range of creative outputs including campaign, email, direct mail, digital, print, retail, and presentation work Partner with creative directors and studio managers to concept and build brand-right solutions Drive the visual execution of creative from pitch to delivery-designing, directing, and refining along the way Collaborate with copywriters and designers to shape integrated storytelling and elevate ideas across touchpoints Direct and participate in shoots, edits, and motion development as needed Build and present decks that sell in work clearly and confidently Help maintain and evolve the brand's visual system, working within established guidelines while pushing it forward Mentor junior designers and art directors, sharing feedback and leading by example Ensure every deliverable meets a high bar for craft, cohesion, and clarity What You'll Bring: 6-8 years of experience in art direction across brand, agency, or in-house creative teams A portfolio that showcases bold, effective work across multiple channels and mediums Strong conceptual chops and deep attention to visual detail Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.) Experience directing or collaborating on photo and video shoots A strategic mindset paired with strong instincts for brand and design Ability to manage timelines, feedback, and cross-functional input in a fast-paced environment Curiosity around AI and creative automation, and how they can accelerate or enhance the work A collaborative, ego-free approach and a desire to help build something special Why T-Mobile? At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Base Pay Range: $58,300 - $105,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 10% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
