Employment Type : Full-time, Exempt (On-site) Position Overview The Creative Director is the top creative authority at Wishare Media Group. This role is responsible for leading the overall creative vision of the company across all projects and platforms, ensuring that our brand storytelling is executed with excellence across video, art direction, digital assets, campaigns, and branding systems. The Art Director（Video&Art) will play a strategic and executional role in aligning creative output with business goals and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Define, articulate, and uphold the company’s creative vision, values, and aesthetics across all touchpoints. Lead the ideation and development of brand campaigns, videos, visual identity, and multi-channel marketing efforts. Review and approve final outputs for all major creative deliverables. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the Client, marketing team and Content teams to translate strategic objectives into creative concepts. Manage and mentor designers, copywriters, video producers, and external vendors or contractors. Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables. Project Management & Execution Oversight Oversee creative project timelines, workflow, and resource allocation. Ensure creative execution is timely, within budget, and aligned with the business direction. Resolve creative and production-related issues with decisiveness and innovation. Brand Management Steward the evolution of the Wishare brand identity to ensure consistency across all platforms. Drive innovation in branding, content formats, and storytelling techniques. Maintain high-quality standards and enforce brand guidelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Visual Design, Art Direction, Film, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles, including 2+ years as a senior leader. Proven success in leading multidisciplinary creative teams in a fast-paced media or agency environment. Strong portfolio that includes video, visual design, and integrated brand campaigns. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, video production tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Figma, Asana, Slack). Core Competencies Visionary thinking with meticulous attention to execution.
