We are looking for a talented and strategic Art Director to join our creative team, working directly with the Senior Creative Director. This role involves leading brand storytelling across platforms, developing bold social campaigns, and innovating in brand service offerings, especially around AI, branding, and positioning. The Art Director will also help shape how we develop brand decks and identity packages, with a strong understanding of category trends and brand architecture. Experience with AI as a strategic tool for ideation, storytelling, and content development is essential. Key Responsibilities: Brand Positioning & Concept Development: Use insights to inform brand positioning, campaign narratives, and product storytelling. Build decks that clearly articulate what makes a brand unique. AI-Driven Creativity: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate deck creation, trend analysis, and initial ideas, ensuring originality and vision are maintained. Brand Deck & Identity Building: Develop and present brand decks including positioning, mission/vision, tone, visual mood boards, fonts, and design guidance. Update or create brand guidelines as needed. Campaign & Theme Development: Create monthly story arcs based on insights, trends, and cultural moments. Develop strategic content using frameworks like the 4Cs. Account & Brand Setup: Organize brand assets, craft brand voice/tone guides, and set creative foundations. Storyboarding & Asset Planning: Sketch storyboards, reference libraries, and shot lists for production teams. Creative Leadership & Client Communication: Lead brainstorms, guide junior creatives, present concepts to clients, and manage client relationships strategically. Team Management & Coaching: Support team development, manage timelines, lead ideation sessions, and ensure creative alignment. Skills for Success: Hard Skills: Strong design, photography, motion graphics skills; experience with brand identity and positioning; proficiency with AI tools; ability to build brand decks and visual frameworks; team leadership. Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, resourcefulness, imagination; leadership without ego; storytelling and presentation skills; problem-solving; translating client feedback; growth mindset. Bonus Skills: Copywriting, launching new products/brands, advanced AI use, a strong portfolio, brand management experience. Experience: 2-4 years as an Art Director, leading creative teams, interfacing with clients, with excellent communication and time management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset preferred.
