CoralTree Hospitality seeks a seasoned executive to lead sales and marketing across one independent hotel and four Marriott‑flagged properties within the Lake Nona portfolio.
Overview As a strategic leader, you will shape market positioning, drive revenue growth, and foster high‑performance teams across sales, marketing, brand, and business planning functions.
Responsibilities
Lead sales & marketing teams for one independent and four Marriott‑flagged hotels, delivering sustained revenue growth.
Develop & implement comprehensive strategy covering revenue, marketing, e‑commerce, PR, and business planning.
Coach and manage the Area Director of Group Sales, Area Sales, Marketing Manager, and Catering & Conference Services Director.
Consult with GMs and Executive Committees on strategies; provide strategic direction and ensure marketing effectiveness.
Engage ownership on vision and deliver on Lake Nona Hotels goals.
Participate in executive committees and cross‑property initiatives.
Build group, corporate, & luxury leisure travel sales; leverage chain affiliations and distribution networks.
Optimize deployment strategies based on market analytics; maximize group booking pace and rate management.
Hire and develop top sales talent; maintain relationships in meetings & corporate travel sectors.
Analyze competitive markets, identify new opportunities with high revenue potential.
Executive responsibility for Wave Hotel brand and Lake Nona portfolio, managing brand image, web presence, and promotional tools.
Oversee websites, electronic media campaigns, luxury consortia agency marketing, social media, and digital distribution channels.
Drive marketing and positioning of hotel amenities for guests and local community.
Build community ties and foster relationships with key political, community, and industry figures.
Provide strategic direction to third‑party agencies and manage promotional events.
Ensure online marketing and sales channel management, public relations, and crisis PR preparedness.
Develop and manage financial performance budgets; use data to support budgeting and strategic decision‑making.
Write annual marketing plans, quarterly partner reports, and monthly analyses of S&M efforts and performance.
Explore new products and initiatives to enhance ROI and hotel positioning.
Ensure expense budgets and percent‑of‑revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Represent Lake Nona Hotels at trade shows, exhibitions, tourism agencies, political venues, and client events.
Participate in leadership roles within industry organizations.
Champion portfolio‑wide sales & marketing initiatives to drive innovation and team synergy.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of hotel sales & marketing experience with team leadership.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Well‑versed in suburban & remote market settings.
Entrepreneurial spirit thriving in changing environments.
Organized, personable, and confident communication skills.
