Area Director – daytime operations Washington, DC Expanding brand in the boutique – bakery/café segment has an opening for an Area Director. $100K - $130K base salary depending on experience. Full benefits PTO Bonus No late nights This is a unique opportunity and requires a multi-unit candidate with 2+ years of experience above the General Manager level. Ideal backgrounds will be related to fast-casual style operations however a full-service background can also be acceptable. Local market, no overnight travel 5-6 locations. $20 Million annual sales Each location will have a team of 60-70 employees including the store manager and culinary management. The ideal Area Director will have a track record of team development, P&L success and outstanding accomplishments for metrics.
