Position Type: Permanent Salary: $150K + bonus Start Date: 09.29.2025 Fully Remote In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and be responsible for the full paid social roadmap—from campaign design to measurement and optimization. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our advertising efforts deliver measurable ROI and support our ambitious growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Direct and expand the paid social strategy across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging channels. Design, implement, and optimize performance-focused campaigns aimed at client acquisition and ROI. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content tailored for each platform. Utilize advanced measurement strategies, including incrementality testing and attribution modeling. Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable reports for senior leadership. Build and mentor a high-performing paid social team as budgets and project scopes expand. Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry shifts to maintain our competitive advantage. Encourage a culture of speed, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years in paid social advertising, including at least 2 years in team management and mentorship. Extensive knowledge of major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and familiarity with emerging channels. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding mechanics, and creative testing strategies. Experience running advanced measurement frameworks and interpreting complex performance data. Excellent analytical and storytelling abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders. A proven track record of scaling campaigns and budgets while achieving measurable outcomes. Why This Role?
