Key Responsibilities : Lead a fully accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program as Program Director at OHSU Provide administrative and educational leadership in a nationally recognized academic institution Oversee curriculum development, faculty supervision, and ensure compliance with ACGME standards Mentor faculty, chief residents, and trainees in a collaborative and supportive environment Teach and supervise residents at a Level I trauma center equipped with advanced technology and patient care facilities Collaborate with leading experts in anesthesiology and perioperative medicine to develop innovative programs Access resources for academic growth, including cutting-edge research and professional development opportunities Receive a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Minimum Requirements : Completed a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree and residency training in Anesthesiology Possess or be eligible for an Oregon Medical Board license Hold an appropriate OHSU medical staff appointment Board certification through the ABA with active participation in the MOCA program About OHSU Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) is Oregon's only academic health center and a national leader in healthcare, research, and education.
