Position Overview Role:  Clinical Director – Internal Medicine Location:  Phoenix, Arizona Setting:  Outpatient Primary Care clinics Schedule:  Monday–Friday (4 days administrative, 1 day clinical) Key Responsibilities Provide strategic clinical leadership across Internal Medicine and Family Medicine departments Lead policy development, staff supervision, and provider recruitment Drive Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) implementation and optimize EMR utilization Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance care quality and operational efficiency Qualifications Board Certification in Internal Medicine Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license Vand DEA registration Minimum 2 years of management experience in an FQHC or similar healthcare setting Master’s degree in public health administration or related field (preferred) Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred) This is more than a job—it's a chance to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact on community health.
