Assistant Director Of NursingSign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000Pay: Up to $100,000The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for education of nursing staff in the center and providing clinical support to our residents and staff. He/she directs, plans, and coordinates education of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel and supports the clincial staff throughout the day. The Assistant Director of Nursing ensures compliance with the center's policies and regulations, as well as analyzes and evaluates nursing and related services rendered to improve quality of customer care and to better utilize staff time and abilities.
