Monthly Celebrations and recognitions New and Improved Benefits for 2025! $5,000 Tuition Reimbursement Per Year Quarterly Education Bonus Program Responsibilities The Admissions Coordinator manages the facilitys inquiry and admissions process, aiming to increase quality census by educating the community, customers, and referral sources about long-term care benefits and the admission process. Handling and implementing employee, public relations, and community initiatives Maintaining high visibility of the facility in the community to project a resource image for health care issues Educating discharge planners, social workers, physicians, and other local health providers about the services, programs, and bed availability Following up on inquiries to answer questions regarding Medicare/Medicaid, billing, and facility services Coordinating all admission decisions with the Clinical Nurse Liaison, Director of Nursing, or Administrator Maintaining confidentiality of all residents and their care to protect resident rights, privacy, and property IND123 Qualifications Admissions Coordinator Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required RN/LPN License preferred but not required Extensive marketing and/or admissions experience required Thorough understanding of best admissions practices Managerial and interpersonal skills required Judgment in prioritizing tasks according to standards, policies, and procedures Ability to handle confidential information discreetly, complying with HIPAA Ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel Health and Safety Policy: We prioritize the health and safety of our employees and residents.
