Admissions Director
Pawtucket Falls is seeking an experienced and compassionate Admissions Director to join our leadership team at a skilled nursing facility in Rhode Island. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and dedicated to providing an excellent experience for residents and their families throughout the admissions process.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a nursing home or healthcare admissions is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional, empathetic, and team-oriented approach. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry to admission. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community partners. Conduct tours and provide detailed information to prospective residents and families. Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth and timely admissions. Monitor census goals and track referral data. Ensure all admissions comply with state, federal, and facility policies.
