Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants. - Collaborate with academic departments to understand program offerings and align recruitment efforts. - Manage and mentor the admissions team, providing training and support to enhance their performance. - Analyze admissions data and trends to inform decision-making and improve processes. - Represent the institution at recruitment events, conferences, and community outreach activities. - Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and institutional policies.

Requirements: Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Proven experience in admissions or enrollment management, preferably in Independent Schools K-12 or higher education. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the admissions process. - Proficiency in admissions software and Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, HubSpot.
