Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program to ensure strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals. Education and qualifications Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships in local health care markets Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certifications Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups Regular marketing calls and visits to referral sources to increase referrals and admissions Facilitates admissions decisions and ensures a positive admission experience for customers and families Deliver extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting High school diploma or equivalent Shift & wage Full-Time opportunity Shifts: Days, Evenings, Weekends as needed Program details vary amongst buildings; see HR for facility-specific benefit plans Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
